Larry Beasley moved to the Bay area in 1994 and brings over 25 years of sales experience to the Real Estate profession. He is a member of the Northern Solano Board of Realtors and the West Contra Costa Association of Realtors allowing him to service Solano, Sacramento, Contra Costa and Alameda counties. Larry serves all sectors of the home buying and selling market, from the ‘First Time Home Buyers’ to the ‘Senior Market’, empty nesters interested in downsizing. Larry is a natural at negotiating deals which enhances his enjoyment of handling real estate transactions. He believes that one of the keys to success is to continually update one’s education. He takes many courses and attends a number of seminars to increase his effectiveness and stays abreast of changes in the real estate industry. Larry works tirelessly to create a pleasant experience in the purchase or listing transactions for his clients. When not engaged in real estate transactions, Larry enjoys going to plays, concerts, sporting events, travelling, volunteering and helping with the needs of his aging parents.
